My name is Calla and I am a trained and experienced mental health provider. I have found  group therapy to be a profound way to help us make the changes we most want in our lives and I’m excited to guide those who are looking to share their stories and grow.

The group will meet monthly on each third Thursday and new members are always welcome.  There is a suggested donation of $25 per session.

I will offer some structure but the group will define our goals and “rules” as we get to know one another and ourselves!
