By popular demand we will be holding a Dream Literacy workshop at Practical Magick on March 14th.

In this class we will look at how often we dream, what classifications we have for dreams, and how to best retain our dreams. We will go over some of the science behind dreams and how dreaming affects our bodies, minds, and moods. 

Then we will look at some strategies to interpret our own dreams. Dreams are incredibly personal, and there is no interpretation that works for everyone, all of the time. Dreams are influenced by our memories, our culture, our instincts, our guides and deities, and our personalities. We will list and then break down all of the big emotions that come up for humans in dreams, and we will each look at how those feelings could manifest for each of you personally.
