It’s easy to cut yourself off during the cold months of winter. We all long for the snow to stop so we can gather with friends. A great way to combat the winter blues is through the danish practice of hygge! In this class we will be exploring what hygge is and how to incorporate it into your everyday life. So grab a pillow, your favorite mug, and a soft blanket and come get cozy with us! 

Class cost is $15 a person. Please bring a pillow, a mug, and any other comfy, cozy items you would like with you. If you don’t have these items there some yoga mats and mugs that can be borrowed for the class. This class is hosted by The Willow.
