As the season shifts and we move into the darker half of the year, Samhain invites us to slow down, reflect, and honor the natural cycle of endings and beginnings.

Join sound healer and circle facilitator Theresa for an intimate Samhain Sound Circle, a cozy evening of seasonal reflection, connection, intention-setting, and deep sound healing.

Together, we’ll create space to:

🕯️ Remember the people, experiences, and wisdom you carry with you

🍂 Release what you’re ready to leave behind

🌑 Rest through a deeply immersive crystal bowl and drumming sound journey
