Join us for the September Series Sound Baths hosted by Reiki Practitioner Theresa Fletcher.

These 1-hour sessions allow you to silence the mind, clear negative energies, and rejuvenate your spirit. Experience the healing power of sound. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls that can lead you into a deep state of meditative relaxation.

We will journey through the seven chakras and allow the healing sound vibrations of the singing bowls to wash over you to restore balance and harmony to your mind, body, and soul.

Mats will be provided. Bring any items to deepen your comfort level (eye mask, pillow, blanket, bolster, etc). Please arrive 10 minutes early as we plan to start promptly at 6:00 PM.
