If you’ve never been to our circle(or even if you have joined us in the past) I’d like to take this opportunity to explain what happens in circle as some changes have been made.

We start by opening and cleansing the circle. We do a small guided meditation to ground and release any energy that we’ve picked up over the past couple of weeks that doesn’t really serve us, we then introduce ourselves and if you’re up to it say one thing that you’re grateful for. This is a good time to say anything that was inspiring or challenging for you. We also may talk about what’s happening astrologically, with the moon or energetically. We pull a card for the collective and talk about what that means. People can then pull cards for themselves and journal about that. I’ll also offer some journal prompts and we’ll just take some time to write in our journals and then after that we have open discussion and close the circle. This is a great time for women to come together and just relax in a supportive environment. We really hope to see you there.
