Lynnae is pleased to offer Crystal Reiki Healing sessions to help you in your healing journey. Reiki is an energetic healing practice that was originally developed in Japan in 1922 and has since spread globally as an effective, easily practiced healing modality. It can:​

​

  • Help with the side effects of medical treatments such as chemotherapy

  • Complement any allopathic treatments currently being received including psychotherapy treatement

  • Help alleviate the discomfort of sore muscles, arthritis, and numerous other physical ailments

  • Help to remove spiritual and emotional blockages

​Lynnae works with your energy centers (chakras) to remove blockages and to bring your energetic body back to a state of balance. She can also use Reiki to address any physical pain or other ailments you may be experiencing. Lynnae works with elemental energies to further aid in healing.

  • The element of Earth relates to grounding, to your foundation of life and helps you to connect to your life path and roots.

  • The element of Air relates to your intellect as well as your ability to love yourself and those around you. It aids in setting mental intentions.

  • The element of Fire is your “get up and go.” It fuels your passion and aids in your inner strength. Fire helps with accepting changes and transformations in your life.

  • The element of water relates to your emotions. Water allows you to heal and release what no longer serves your greatest good. It also helps strengthen our intuition.

Lynnae incorporates crystals into all her sessions to obtain optimum healing results. Aromatherapy Chakra sprays are also used to further the healing process. Her sessions always work to your highest good, whatever that may look like for you at that moment. Because these sessions can bring up deep emotions, Lynnae works hard to create a safe space for you to explore those feelings and release them. Once those old wounds are cleared out, you will find that space is now available for wondrous new opportunities.

Chakra Balancing

Chakras are the energy centers in our bodies. They can become blocked or sluggish due to past trauma and normal occurrences in our everyday life. When our Chakras are out of alignment this can lead to physical as well as mental and emotional issues. My goal with this session is to focus on bringing your chakras back into balance. Chakras have a very specific vibrational frequency, the use of crystals, sound and color can have an affect on this frequency allowing us to balance the chakra more easily. In some instances, this can bring up a deep emotional response.  My goal is to create a safe space for you to move through these emotions and to release what no longer serves your highest good as we bring your energetic body back into alignment.

 

Your chakra balancing session will begin with a check in to see which Chakras are out of alignment. We will start with a custom chakra tea blended specifically for your energetic needs.  The rest of the session is different for everyone depending on individual needs and preferences. We may use oracle cards, light, crystals, aromatherapy, guided meditation, reiki, sound, and vibration to help realign your chakras.

 

My goal is to help you to help yourself on your healing journey. You will leave this session with information you can take home with you to allow you to continue to work on your chakras and to help keep them balanced.

Crystal Consultation

Are you in need of crystal healing tailored to your specific needs or ailments (ie: Cancer, Anxiety, physical pain, self-love, confidence etc)? Lynnae is offering Crystal consultations. She will discuss with you what your particular needs are and come up with a crystal prescription tailored just for you. This service includes:

​

  • 3 pocket crystals that can be carried with you all day.

​​

  • Crystal grid board, crystals, and grid diagram needed to create a crystal grid in your home. Crystals will come Reiki charged and programmed to your needs.

​​

  • Personalized information about each of the crystals and how they work to serve your specific need

​​

  • *Optional* 15 minute Reiki session
