This is the first class in a 7 month series about the Chakras. Have you heard the term "chakra" but weren't quite sure what that is exactly? In this 7 month series you will learn about the 7 major chakras and how they effect you energetically, physically and emotionally. You will learn how to determine if your chakra(s) is/are balanced or unbalanced. We will go over what stones, herbs, affirmations and foods can help to nourish and balance your chakra. There will also be a mediation/connection exercise and information on activities that you can incorporate to help balance and reconnect with your chakra. The cost for this class is $20.
